Kalenobel packaging is very conscious of the importance of quality and has made producing quality products its main goal. The responsibility of the process control system is on the shoulders of those directly involved, by having these people directly responsible an awareness regarding quality is spread throughout the whole work force.

The system is complete with the entrance checks and also finished product quality control. Due to the barcode system we use we can easily and speedily follow the process. Since the visual aspect is so important in packaging we have experienced chemists who are well informed about the system doing quality control on the products, while employing these chemists their concentration and attention to detail is one of the key qualities assessed. In our labs we use devices with the latest technology thus ensuring that the products will not cause problems in the clients' machines.

We have established a microbiology lab to ensure food safety. Our food engineer takes analysis' from our products, our personnel, the machines and the working environment thus ensuring the food safety. The certifications we have received and the inspections we've had help us constantly develop our system.

The main aim of the system is to identify the problems and make improvements on the issues where customer satisfaction is rated low. This way we aim to increase customer satisfaction and demonstrate the difference of working with Kalenobel. Every improvement we report to our clients is long term and always includes a detailed presentation.
